Proper nutrition is key in preventing hair fall - be sure to eat properly to maintain healthy hair , fruits , beans , vegetables and protein rich food and at least 8 glass of water a day .

Wash your hair at least once a week with a mild shampoo, massage your scalp with the tip of your fingers, not your nails . Massaging you scalp will increase blood circulation to promote hair growth .
