Package direction : Apply liberally throughout hair. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse and style. 
As a deep treatment: Apply liberally after shampooing. cover hair with plastic cap and sit under a warm dryer for 10-15 minutes. Rinse. Proceed with desired styling.

There are a lot of mix review about this product , such as its really great as a pre-poo and co-wash . It may not deep condition all hair type as well as some . I think you should try it because it may work for you as a keeper . 

I used this conditioner back when my hair was bleached  and I also recommended it in my post about " How to care  for your hair after bleaching "  . I am using this as my deep conditioner now also and I like it then and I like it now. This product is kinda runny but it does the job however as I mention above not all year type are the same so you will have to try it for yourself .
